PROCESSING, SHIPMENT AND RETURNS

Our objects are made exclusively for you, upon order.
Usually takes from 2 to 4 business days to make an object, yet depending on the orders volume, we may need to extend this processing time.
If you wish to confirm the exact manufacturing time before making the payment please contact us.

Estimated shipping times are:
Portugal - 1 to 3 business days
Europe - 3 to 5 business days
Worldwide - 3 to 7 business days

These are the estimated shipping times, we are not responsible for delays and eventual loss by the shipping company.
Shipping costs will be comunicated to you before you make the payment.
A tracking number is sent to the email provided, so you can track the order.
Make sure that someone will be present at the time of delivery, as reception usually requires a signature.
Upon receipt, confirm that your order is in perfect condition.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it as long as the product is in a condition to be sold again and within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt, note that in this case we will not support the return shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our return requirements.
The refund will be issued to you within 3 working days. Yet we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order's total price.
