SOHMBRA

Minimal and enigmatic, SOHMBRA invites the viewer to fill in the blanks—to project meaning, to dwell in shadow.

Its poetic minimalism stems partly from its graphic presence: like a drawing stepped out of its canvas and into space.

The black textured surface, distressed with interwoven maroon hues, evokes rawness and depth. This finish carries the uniqueness of my signature technique—each piece subtly different, each surface a quiet echo of gesture and time.

Crafted from reclaimed wood and MDF, the sculpture is hand-finished using my own technique, resulting in a matte black surface enriched with subtle maroon undertones. The finish carries a quiet sheen, revealing delicate nuances that shift with the light.
